List Problem Templates
POST /public-api/publicapi.v1.ProblemTemplate/ListProblemTemplates
Required scope: problem_template:read.
Operational discovery requires the actor’s content-template read access; it does
not grant settings administration.

to 25 and has a maximum of 100. Pass nextAfterId as afterId to continue; omit
afterId on the first request. Do not send an empty string for this optional UUID.
No query filter is accepted.

truncated. Description is limited to 500 characters in list responses.
