POST /public-api/publicapi.v1.Member/GetMember

Required scope: member:read.

Returns member using the same public membership shape as ListMembers. Use the workspace member ID, not accountId. Team membership and role assignment operations also use member IDs; problem assignees use account IDs. This is not global account administration and does not return effective Customer View claims. The key’s read scope and creator’s current member authorization apply.
